Vankal Agri Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is dedicated to promoting financial inclusion and sustainable agriculture through its services and products. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which payments, registrations, and product orders are processed, along with the conditions under which refunds or cancellations may or may not be considered.
This policy applies to all users engaging with our offerings, whether for Business Correspondent (BC) registration or agri-input product purchases.
1. General Policy
All payments made to Vankal Agri Solutions Pvt. Ltd. are final. Due to the operational, logistical, and regulatory nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once a transaction has been completed, except in certain verifiable cases outlined below. We encourage all users to understand the terms of service, eligibility criteria, and product specifications before making any payment.
2. BC Registration and Financial Inclusion Services
Applicants registering as Business Correspondents (BC agents) are required to pay a non-refundable registration fee of ₹5,000 plus applicable GST. This fee covers end-to-end onboarding, KYC verification, documentation, support, and coordination with partner banks.
Once payment is made and onboarding is initiated, the fee becomes non-refundable. This applies even if the applicant voluntarily withdraws or fails to qualify during bank-level checks or background verification.
Applicants are advised to seek clarification from our support team if they have any doubts before submitting payment.
3. Cancellation of Services
We do not entertain cancellation requests for any financial inclusion services once the registration has been processed. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where:
- Documents have been uploaded or submitted
- Agent onboarding has been initiated
- Agent ID creation
No refund will be provided if the process has reached any of the above stages.
4. Agri-Input Products (Trichoderma, Mycorrhiza, etc.)
Due to the sensitive nature of agricultural inputs, we do not offer refunds on product orders once dispatched. Order cancellations will only be considered within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the items have not been packed, shipped, or marked for delivery.
In case you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, you must report the issue within 3 calendar days of delivery by sending an email with clear photographs of the package and product. If eligible, a replacement will be arranged after internal verification. Refunds are not issued under any circumstance for agricultural products.
5. Duplicate Payments or Failed Transactions
If you are charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a system error or gateway malfunction, you may request a refund for the excess amount. This must be reported within 7 business days by writing to our support team with valid proof of payment.
Once verified, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
6. Management Discretion
In exceptional cases, Vankal Agri Solutions Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to evaluate and issue refunds at its sole discretion. These may include operational failure to deliver a service due entirely to internal constraints.
All such requests must be submitted in writing with supporting evidence. The management decision will be final and binding.
